NotebookReview.com has an article on the ASUS Eee PC mainly about the user experience with the Eee PC (including pictures) and also some new information regarding pricing and release date.

The author Andrew gives details on the entire user experience from bootup to game-playing to performance and his observations on the running PC's heat and noise.  He says the bootup is very quick at around 10 seconds and the Eee PC runs quietly compared to many other computers.

He also noted that ASUS may start selling the PCs now at $250 for the 8GB flash hard drive version with the 16GB version going for slightly more whereas they originally had a starting price of $199 for the 4GB version.  According to Andrew, ASUS is still on track for release in late August so we'll just have to wait and see.
